Current insurance company did not have a customer facing web portal for end user to claim or register. Brightside Cover wanted to include 3rd party integration with white label solution

Project outcomes

A white label platform is developed based on the target audience and their claim experience. Customers is able to self-serve to sign up a policy or lodge a claim online .

Role: UX Design Lead

• Host UX workshops to run through personas and business requirements

• Draw out user journey to identify customer claim experience.

• Create workable HTML wireframe in Angular to showcase platform capability and hand over to designer to create high fidelity prorotype
