Pain points
Consumers do not have a dedicated platform to complain or compliment a service and often businesses do not receive this feedback
Project outcomes
App was designed to easy access and use via mobile phone. Engagement between business and consumers were increased
Role: UX Design Lead / UI / Front end designer
Conduct user interview to understand the customer journey and experience
Identify the key pain points to tailer the market needs
Draw out user journey to help develop project workflow
Determine minimum viable products by using card sorting and 2/2 diagram (must/nice to have).
Create interactive wireframe to gather consensus from dealers and business.
Design prototype
Code front end UI and work with developers to connect to backend
