Redesign website and sales pathway to shift branding from a traditional insurance company to pet friendly insurer.

Pain points:

Existing website was built on old technology. The rigid and constrained user experience discouraged target audiences to share the same vision as pet lovers. Sales pathway did not capture potential leads that could be followed up

Project outcomes:

Sales increased by 200% compared with the same period in previous year and continued to grow. The right personas were identify to target the key market and their brand value is on the rise.

Role: UX Design Lead / UI / Front end designer

  • Hold UX workshops to guide business owners to discuss the features, flows, add-ons, and business value

  • Draw out user journey to identify the pain points

  • Run through business and competitor analysis to pinpoint business requirements and personas type.

  • Determine minimum viable products by using card sorting and 2/2 diagram (must/nice to have).

  • Create interactive wireframe to gather consensus from dealers and business.

  • Design prototype to cater for branding guideline and user needs.

  • Design the website in Wordpress & do front end coding for sales pathway UI for developers to connect to backend
